Starring in this mix of beans is Colombian Excelso coffee that comes from the region of Medellín in Antioquia. Region's arabica coffees' growing altitude is approximately 1200 m.a.s.l.

Every coffee in the region is wet processed, which brings a robust acidity and a medium body to the coffee. The aroma has a touch of cocoa and peach, which gives the coffee a slightly sweet aftertaste.
