The products on the online are sold by Unison Coffee Oy, Y-2742191-3. We sell products to businesses and adult private persons in the region of EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We withdraw the right to alter the prices and postal charges.
The products are ordered mainly via internet from the website www.kahvianetista.fi, with using a shopping cart. All orders are confirmed via email, that includes the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. Getting the order confirmation email requires entering one's email address in the process of ordering. The customer commits to the terms of delivery that are valid during the orders.
Following the order is the order confirmation delivered by email, which includes the order number, order contents and the prices of the products and the total sum of the order.
The products and their postal charges are paid when ordering. The following payment methods are possible on the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Handelsbanken, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, S-Pankki and credit cards. Paypal and collector payment. The payment is done through Paytrail Oyj's website.

In payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj is informed as the payment receiver on the card invoice and intermediates the payment to the shopkeeper. TERMS OF CHANGING OR RETURNING AND OTHER PRODUCTS
The customer has a 14 days' right to change or return the products, according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return a product only concerns products that are unopened, unused and sellable. Attach the following information when returning a product:

We do not accept returns that are over 14 days from the delivery. When the return has been accepted, the money will be returned to your account after the reception and processing of the return. In cases of return or change, we only compensate the price of the returned or changed product. The customer is responsible for the postal costs relating to the order and return.
PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS IN DELIVERY AND FAULTY PRODUCTS

The informing about a faulty delivery or a damaged product needs to be made within 14 days after receiving the product. If the package has been damaged during the delivery, a complaint needs to be made to the postal service immediately.
We withdraw the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer needs to familiarize himself/herself with the delivery terms that are valid at the moment of ordering. Unison Coffee Oy handles customer information confidentially.
